We are committed to processing your orders quickly and securely. Our products are shipped across Canada and the United States via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post.
 

Shipping FAQs

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
 

  • British Columbia: 2-5 days

  • Alberta: 1-4 days

  • Saskatchewan/Manitoba: 2-5 days

  • Ontario/Quebec: 3-7 days

  • Newfoundland/PEI/Nova Scotia/Northwest Territories: 6-10 days

  • United States: 4-10 days
     

For faster delivery, express shipping can reduce the transit time by 1-3 days. Please note that certain items classified as dangerous goods cannot be shipped via air.
 

The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase or invoice. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
 

Key Details:

  • Returns related to warranties, repairs, or defective items are fully covered by us.

  • General returns incur a return shipping fee of approximately $15 CAD for Canadian customers and $25 CAD for US customers, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items, such as hardware, equipment, or bulky items.
     

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • For issues with used items, warranty support is still available.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift certificates

  • Sale items

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable
     

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that:

  • Are not in their original condition

  • Are damaged or have missing parts not due to our error


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds:


If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
